A Modern Balneology Complex
| The first modern hotel and balneology complex in the region is built over a territory spread over 10 decares. The name of the house complex “Rimska bania” (Roman bath) is idea of the investors from the Bulgarian-Ukraine company “Unisev” Ltd. They aim to regenerate and continue the traditions of an unique equipment of the ancient culture, what the roman bath is, with the challenges of the contemporary architecture. |

The “Rimska Bania” hotel complex is situated in the southern part of Bania village, just 5 km away from the ski-resort Bansko. It attracts with its key location and wonderful landscape, the mineral water springs and the fresh air, that brings energy and health.
The hotel offers 30 luxury furnished rooms as follows:
- 15 double rooms
- 5 single rooms
- 2 apartments with shared premises
- 2 luxury apartments with 2 separate premises
- 6 houses
All rooms have mini bar, satellite TV, room service. Hotel guests can also use ski-wardrobe and guarded parking. The doors of the rooms and flats work with magnet cards. For valuables keeping the hotel offers individual safes.
Hotel offers 6 family houses with kitchenette, living-room, bedroom, WC, bathtub with mineral spring water, mini bar and satellite TV.
Guests can also enjoy the lobby bar and the restaurant with 70 seats, that offers delicious traditional specialties. The restaurant is suitable for lunch and dinner, and also for organizing weddings, family and business parties.
“Rimska Bania” hotel complex offers covered swimming pool with mineral water, SPA centre with massage room, fitness centre, roman bathroom, sauna, Jacuzzi with mineral water and bathtub of Cleopatra.

One of the main advantages of the complex is the spring mineral water with temperature of 58 degrees centigrade, which water was proven to have a healing power over chronic-inflammatory diseases of the locomotory system, chronic gynaecological diseases and inflammatory diseases of the neural system.

The complex part for recreation and the open swimming pool are situated south-west giving a wonderful view of the higher part or Pirin mountain.

Prices include BB (bed and breakfast), swimming pool, sauna, fitness, steam bath, transfer to gondola lift station (winter season), resort tax, insurance and VAT.
Children 2-6 years old - free of charge.
Children 6-12 years old are charged 50% of the price (single bed).
Children 6-12 years old on an extra bed - 15 BGN.
Extra bed - 25 BGN (for adults).
The hotel has the right to change the prices according to the changes in the economic situation in Bulgaria.
Future development of the complex
The new section of the hotel will be opened for guests in April 2008.
