accepted as local residents, invite you to “arrive as a guest and
depart as a friend”, and luxuriate in comfort in one of the six
superior fully equipped self-catering apartments at ApartHOTEL
PenBro, situated in Banya next to the vibrant all season holiday
resort of Bansko in the heart of Bulgaria’s “Little Switzerland”.

We offer our guests traditional Bulgarian Hospitality with a warm Scottish welcome and a cozy “Home from Home” ambience. The ApartHOTEL exterior recreates traditional local architecture, with the front door of each apartment hand - carved with the name of a Bulgarian wine. The three smaller apartments (Dimyat, Ricat and Muscat) each comprise a twin-bed bedroom & balcony, shower/toilet, lounge with a double divan sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area. The three larger mezzanine apartments (Gamza, Mavrud & Merlot) each comprise a twin-bed bedroom & balcony, shower/toilet, lounge, fully equipped kitchen area, and three beds on the full-length mezzanine floor above. |

| For your comfort and convenience we provide free of charge a washing machine and dryer, TV, electronic security, off-street car parking, available to rent barbecue areas with outdoor and organize your own covered seating, and gardens. |

A small fully equipped private Mehana (Folk-lore style restaurant) is where you can party.
We also provide airport transfers, and transport and guided tours of local places of interest.
For your holiday enjoyment the possibilities are simply endless with spring, summer and autumn mountain pursuits, winter sports, mountain horse trekking, olympic-size outdoor hot mineral water swimming pool, and visits to: the brown bear reserve, shopping and open air markets in the nearby towns, cultural and historical sights.

You end each day with an inexpensive evening spent in one of the many local cozy Mehanas enjoying a gastronomic feast with superb Bulgarian wine listening to live traditional music and song whilst sitting relaxing in excellent company.
